Terms and Conditions

By using this website you agree to our terms and conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you cannot use this website.  The I.O.W Espresso Co. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.  You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any part of this site without the permission of The I.O.W Espresso Co.  This does not effect your statutory rights.

 

Ordering
Orders can currently only be made online for delivery within the UK and payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP).  If you have an enquirey from outside the UK please contact us via the contacts page for more information.

 

Payment
All transactions are handled by WorldPay where payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch etc).  If you prefer not to pay online you can telephone, fax or email your order through to us and pay by cheque or electronic payment direct to our bank, (goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared).  Please contact us first if you are interested in paying by one of these other means on 01983 857670.

 

Pricing
Prices shown are Exclusive of VAT, the VAT % applicable to a particular product is shown in brackets (either 0% or 20%).  Any VAT due will be added to your bill before proceeding to World Pay for payment processing.  We reserve the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.

 

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days of delivery by sending it back to us at the address on the contacts page (shipping at your expense).  Any items to be returned in this way must be un-opened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund (shipping and handling costs are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty).  Worn or soiled items cannot be accepted.

If you refuse shipment you will be given a full credit for the return of any goods (this does not include the cost of shipping) less any additional shipping cost incurred in having the item returned.

If an item has arrived damaged/faulty please contact us straight away and we will arrange for a new item to be dispatched and the faulty/damaged item to be collected.  If the item arrives with damaged packaging please note this with the courier when signing for the item and let us know within 24 hours.

 

Errors
Every effort is made to keep the site free from errors but occasionally mistakes happen resulting in incorrect prices or product/service descriptions being displayed due to typographical error or incorrect information received from suppliers.  We reserve the right to change pricing, specification and/or descriptions of listed items as well as to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services wrongly listed, at our discretion.

Any information we hold about you is solely for our use in dealing with your purchase.  We will NOT pass any of your details onto any other company or 3rd party.
